About Us

Our Mission is to help women get in touch with their true personal style through astrology and begin to express themselves by dressing with more confidence. We make customized clothing suggestions for women based on their zodiac sign, giving them fashion tips and an inspiration board of ideas.

What is Astroloshop?

Astrology can help you learn a lot about your personality, career, and relationships. And now… astrology can even help you get dressed in the morning!

Do you like stomping around in hunting boots or strutting in five-inch stilettos? Do you like rocking tons of sequins or the feel of organic cotton? Whatever you fancy, Astroloshop will find clothing suggestions that resonate with your zodiac personality and help you find items that are best suited for you. We have a proprietary formula that helps us find the best items for each sign and a team of trend-seekers who constantly keep us clued in to the latest fashions.

Our Team

Meredith McBride, Founder of Astroloshop, is an Aries with Aquarius rising (you can tell by the ribbon she is wearing around her neck in this picture – a sure sign of Aquarian taste). When shopping for gifts for her own friends, she has often used their signs as a guide but has also found that clicking through web stores can be exhausting. So she created Astroloshop to act as a personal shopping service by matching each sign with a carefully edited selection of items that are best suited to that sign. Meredith, a travel and food enthusiast who has lived in San Francisco, Venice, Paris, and New York, now calls Providence home.

Jillian King, writer/ editor.  Jillian is a tried and true Gemini with a love for girly items with an edgy kick. Some people would shy away from a wardrobe based on blockbuster movies, but Jillian has her “Sherlock Holmes” jacket and her “How to Marry a Millionaire” coat — and that’s her fun-loving Aries rising sign speaking. An English and journalism grad of Wake Forest and publishing grad of NYU, Jillian has worked at magazines such as Elle and Departures, and sharpened her web writing skills at sites like OZOlife, DailyCandy, and Tasting Table.
